Stephen N. Faber is an Executive Vice President of Related Beal, with over 40 years of experience in real estate investment management and development. He is responsible for all of Related Beal’s Life Sciences projects, and oversees acquisitions, dispositions and asset management of Related Beal owned and managed commercial real estate, as well as development of selective real estate investments. His diverse experience includes a variety of property types including life science, office, retail, multi-family and planned unit developments. Mr. Faber has managed real estate investments in seventeen different markets across the country.
Prior to joining Related Beal, Mr. Faber was Vice President with the Rubin Organization in Philadelphia and Director of Asset Management for Liberty Real Estate in Boston where he was responsible for significant multi-state real estate portfolios.
Mr. Faber is Chairman of the Greenway Business Improvement District Board, serves on A Better City’s Seaport Leadership Committee, and is a member of Massachusetts Biotechnology Council (MassBio), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Downtown Business Improvement District.
