This dynamic vision for Channelside, in Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood, will transform the waterfront into a vibrant public park with an amphitheater, delivering space for free performances, public art, and community events. Through outreach and extensive engagement, Related Beal has worked closely with artists, residents, and cultural organizations to reimagine the site as an exciting public destination.

Related Beal celebrated the grand opening of Bunker Hill Laundromat, located at 194 Bunker Hill Street in Charlestown. As the only laundromat in Charlestown, the facility fills a longstanding gap in the neighborhood by offering accessible laundry services to residents. The laundromat is part of Related Beal’s investment in Charlestown’s Rutherford Avenue and Sullivan Square area in support of the Charlestown Labs development. 

This community hub will celebrate Haitian heritage bringing a visitor's center, Haitian-based programs, and partnerships to Boston's North Station neighborhood. We are thrilled to welcome TCLL to Lovejoy Wharf and grateful to the BPDA and Mayor's Office of Arts and Culture for working with us to provide a new home that will honor Haitian heritage.
