Rob Voto serves as Vice President of Accounting at Related Beal. Mr. Voto is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, development and property accounting, tax and audit compliance and is also responsible for providing transactional support on capital markets activity. He enthusiastically drives efficiencies through technology for financial reporting, data collection and as an enhanced communication tool.
Mr. Voto has over a decade of Real Estate accounting experience. Prior to joining Related Beal in 2018, he served as Assistant Vice President at AEW Capital Management, where he oversaw the accounting for opportunistic real estate Funds, and started his career in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Voto is a Certified Public Accountant and holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Accounting from Fairfield University. He is an active member of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) of Boston.
