In her role as Vice President of Development, Olivia Sherry works on large scale mixed-use developments from acquisition through completion to obtain entitlements, secure capital, and manage project teams. Currently, Ms. Sherry is leading the Channelside project in Boston's Fort Point neighborhood, a 1.1 million square foot mixed-use development comprising life science, commercial office, market and affordable residential, retail, and public parks and open space.
Before joining Related Beal in 2017, Ms. Sherry was a Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate platform where she sourced, underwrote, structured and closed multi-million dollar real estate transactions for senior debt construction, acquisition, and refinance loans secured by real estate assets across the United States.
Ms. Sherry earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College.
