Mark Donegan is Senior Vice President of Design for Related Beal. Mr. Donegan leads the architecture and interior design effort across the portfolio, as well as leading the zoning, entitlement and city approvals process. His involvement in all aspects of the building process includes directing architects, designers, and engineers through all phases of design and construction to ensure the outcome meets the project goals and design intent. Mr. Donegan works closely with marketing, operations, sales and leasing, and development teams to ensure a seamless execution throughout the project.
Since joining Related in 2015, Mr. Donegan has been responsible for the design oversight and completion of numerous developments including Lovejoy Wharf The Beverly, Courtyard Marriott, The Whitney Hotel, Congress Square, Innovation Square and The Quinn and The Harris.
Prior to joining Related Beal, Mr. Donegan served as Senior Associate at CBT Architects where his work encompassed a wide range of projects including hospitality, private and multi-family residential, and corporate interiors. While at CBT he worked with Related Beal on various residential projects including The Arlington, The Clarendon and One Back Bay.
Mr. Donegan holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture from Roger Williams University. He is currently a member of the Boston Society of Architects/AIA and Boston Preservation Alliance.
