Erin Orpik is the Vice President of commercial assets at Related Beal. Overseeing the Life Science portfolio, Ms. Orpik works with teams to develop and execute strategic business plans by maximizing performance, profitability and return on investment. She has worked in all phases of development including zoning, due diligence, acquisitions, capital projects, leasing, and ongoing operations.
Throughout her 15 years at Related Beal, Ms. Orpik has worked closely with tenants to provide exceptional service and ensure operational objectives are met. Her expertise in the Life Science industry provides a seamless process for lab conversions and technical infrastructure upgrades in buildings such as 451 D Street, 27 Drydock, the Innovation & Design Building, One Kendall Square, and Ledgemont Technology Center.
Ms. Orpik is an active member of BOMA, CREW Boston and NAIOP Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Roanoke College.
