Christopher Price is responsible for all aspects of the legal operations of Related Beal and Related Beal Construction. In his position, Mr. Price is involved in an extensive range of legal matters which include acquisitions, financings, leasing, joint ventures, new construction and redevelopment projects for life science, office, retail, hotel, multi-family and mixed-use properties.
Mr. Price has over fifteen years of experience as a real estate attorney. Prior to joining Related Beal in 2017, Mr. Price was an associate in the real estate groups of DLA Piper LLP in Boston and Holland & Knight LLP in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Price received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Journalism from Washington & Lee University and his Juris Doctor from Washington & Lee University School of Law. Mr. Price is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
