Brian Radomski

Brian M. Radomski oversees the construction of Related Beal's ground-up and large renovation developments. Mr. Radomski is responsible for the development of pre-construction phases through contract award, procurement and construction to occupancy, space turnover and contract closeout. With Related Beal, some of the projects Mr. Radomski has delivered include:

• Lovejoy Wharf: New construction in Boston of a fifteen-story residential project that includes 157 luxury condominiums and 10,350 square feet of at grade retail space. The site formerly consisted of dilapidated waterfront parcels that are now transformed into approximately three-quarters of an acre of new, publicly accessible waterfront.
• One Madison: New construction in New York City of a sixty-story residential project that includes fifty-one luxury condominiums. It also includes 19,000 square feet of amenities, including a fitness centre, spa and Club at One Madison.
• MiMA/Yotel: New construction in New York City of a sixty-three-story curtainwall tower featuring fifty floors of luxury rentals, 157 premium tower residences and a new 669 room Yotel.
• The Arlington: A renovation in Boston of a fifteen-story office building to 128 luxury rental apartments and restaurant space, including the restoration of the existing limestone and brick façades and complete demolition and replacement of all mechanical systems and non-historic architectural finishes.
• The Clarendon/One Back Bay: A 530,000-square-foot, 33-story residential/mixed-use development in Boston that includes condominium and rental residences, restaurant and retail space, a US Post Office and four stories of below-grade parking.

Prior to Related Beal, Mr. Radomski worked as a Project Manager for Bovis Lend Lease in Boston and Tishman Construction Company in New York. Prior to that, Mr. Radomski was a Civil Engineer for Vanasse, Hangen and Brustlin. Mr. Radomski is a LEED Accredited Professional Licensed Construction Supervisor, and holds a 10 Hour Certification – Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

Mr. Radomski received his B.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Bucknell University College of Engineering, and his M.S. degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Project Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
