BOSTON, MA – July 17, 2017 — Related Beal this week will begin accepting applications for The Beverly, Downtown Boston’s first 100% workforce and affordable housing development in more than a quarter century. Located in the North Station neighborhood, The Beverly is an incredible opportunity for Bostonians at a variety of income levels to live in the heart of the city at an affordable rent.

The Beverly will provide 239 workforce and affordable units, with a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and much needed family-sized three-bedroom units in a premier transit-oriented location. The workforce units will be available to households with annual incomes between $64,650-$198,000, with rents starting at $1,940 per month. The low-income units will be available to households with annual incomes of $17,578-$60,000, with rents starting at $492 per month.

The pet-friendly studio, one, two and three bedroom residences include a 24-hour attended lobby and are graciously appointed with modern finishes. Apartments feature spectacular views of the city skyline, Boston Harbor and the Rose Kennedy Greenway. The building, designed to reach a LEED Silver designation, includes top floor amenities including a fitness center, entertainment room, children’s room and outdoor terrace and grill. Bike storage and on-site parking are also available.
